I'm 322 days sober. Haven't taken a drop in all these days. Feeling proud of myself. It's been a long time coming. Sadly, I've lost two family members from alcohol abuse that led to cancer. It's a wake up call. The other thing is, I'm not getting any younger. Thankfully, I've been blessed with fairly good health but seriously, getting elderly is staring me in the face.
I've admitted to have "life-threatening problem that once had me. I now take charge of my life and well-being. I accept the responsibility."
